Who Operates This Service
The AI Job Risk & Adaptation Assessment is an independently developed and operated service, created and maintained by a private individual based in Costa Rica. The platform is accessible at airisk.goverifiable.org.
This is not a corporate product. There is no company, investor, or institutional entity behind this service. All data you submit is handled personally and directly by the operator.
What Information We Collect
When you submit an assessment, we collect the following information through the assessment form:
- First name or alias (optional — you may use any name or remain anonymous)
- Age range
- Job title and industry
- Years of experience in your field
- Numerical responses to assessment questions (scored 1–5)
- Optional free-text responses to open-ended questions
- Email address (used solely to deliver your completed report)
No government identification, financial information, social security numbers, or sensitive personal data of any kind is requested or collected.
How We Use Your Information
Your assessment responses are used for one purpose: to generate your personalized AI Job Risk & Adaptation Assessment report. Specifically:
- Your responses are processed through an AI-assisted report generation system to produce your personalized report
- Your email address is used to deliver your completed PDF report to you
- During the current beta phase, responses may be reviewed manually to ensure report quality before delivery
- Aggregated, anonymized response data may be used to improve the assessment system over time — this data contains no personally identifiable information
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the assessment and report delivery.
Payment Processing
Payment for the assessment is processed through third-party payment services (currently Stripe, via Tally). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information at any point. All payment data is handled directly by those payment processors, subject to their own privacy policies.
Third-Party Services
This service uses the following third-party platforms to operate:
- Tally.so — used to collect assessment form submissions. Tally may store your form responses on their servers subject to their privacy policy at tally.so/privacy
- Stripe — used to process payments. No payment data passes through or is stored by this service
- Anthropic Claude API — the AI system used to generate report content from your assessment responses. Responses are processed through this system to produce your report. Anthropic’s privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy
- WordPress / Kadence — this website is hosted on WordPress. Standard WordPress cookies may be set for basic site functionality
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for any purpose.
Cookies
This website uses only the minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. The assessment form (Tally) may set functional cookies to support form operation. No persistent user accounts or login cookies are used on this site.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Assessment form responses are retained only as long as necessary to generate and deliver your report, and for a reasonable period afterward for quality review purposes during the beta phase. Email addresses are not added to any mailing list and are not retained beyond report delivery.
You may request deletion of your assessment data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will delete your data promptly upon request, unless retention is required for legitimate legal or operational purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the personal information you provide. Assessment responses are handled through reputable third-party platforms with their own security practices. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Given the nature of the information collected — which does not include financial data, government identification, or highly sensitive personal information — the risk profile of this service is low.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
